Join Our Team as a Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician!
Are you a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in your work? Westport Properties is looking for dependable, skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Roving Maintenance Team. If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or landscaping - we want to meet you!
You'll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a team that values hard work, respect, and real-world skills.

What You'll Do
  • Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs
  • Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly
  • Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones
  • Stay on-call occasionally (About one week every 8 weeks)
  • Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months

What You'll Get
  • Pay: $20 - $30/hour based on experience
  • Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)

What We're Looking For
  • General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication)
  • EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain. (Exam fee reimbursement available)
  • HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain.
  • Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow, and get around multiple properties
