Harrison Meadows Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Roundsman Cook! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Summary:
The Roundsman Cook is a versatile culinary team member responsible for supporting multiple kitchen stations and assisting with food preparation, cooking, and plating across all service areas. This position requires strong foundational culinary skills, the ability to adapt quickly to different stations, and a commitment to maintaining the high culinary and service standards expected at Harrison Meadows Country Club.

The Roundsman Cook plays a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations during à la carte dining, banquets, and club events by filling in where needed and supporting the culinary team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to our members and guests.

Pay:
$23.00

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:
ServSafe Certified preferred.

Benefits:
• Employees working 30–34 hours per week are eligible for healthcare.
