Key Responsibilities
Sanitation & Dishwashing
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of dish area at all times
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Inventory & Receiving
  • Receive deliveries and check for accuracy
  • Store food and supplies properly using FIFO
  • Label and organize incoming products
Kitchen Support
  • Assist cooks by supplying tools, ingredients, and equipment
  • Keep prep stations stocked and organized
  • Remove trash, boxes, and debris promptly
Cleanliness & Organization
  • Maintain clean floors, surfaces, and work areas
  • Reset and organize kitchen stations throughout shift
  • Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
