Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Create and prepare delicious menu items with precision
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes
  • Skilled on Sauté, Broil, Garde Manager and Roundsman Experience
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
  • Assist with creating the schedule, costing, inventory, and labor controls.
