This role is onsite in Yardley, PA. Candidates must be able to work onsite.

THE POSITION:

The Commercial Associate role is an exciting entry point for early-career professionals who want to build a career in Commercial Sales/Business Development. As part of EVERSANA's Commercial Development Program, Commercial Associates gain hands-on experience supporting revenue-driving initiatives while rotating across key commercial functions. This immersive program is designed to develop strong commercial fundamentals, real-world business skills, and a deep understanding of how life sciences companies successfully bring therapies to market.

What You'll Do

  • Support active commercial initiatives that contribute to growth, pipeline development, and client engagement
  • Rotate through core commercial areas including Strategy, Commercial Operations, and Business Development
  • Learn how EVERSANA partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the drug lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders on real client work
  • Build practical skills in analysis, communication, and project execution within a fast-paced, client-focused environment

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing, finance, economics, life sciences or another related field
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to organize and understand complex information and documents
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (asks questions vs. assuming process)
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
