Position Overview
Pediatric office is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our Beavercreek office. This role is ideal for candidates with medical front desk experience who enjoy working directly with patients and families in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and families in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and manage front desk workflow
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations
Required Qualifications
  • Previous medical front desk or healthcare reception experience
