This position requires close collaboration with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to coordinate room availability and maintain seamless guest experiences. The Rooms Controller is responsible for monitoring room allocation,and implementing strategies to balance occupancy with guest satisfaction. By analyzing booking trends and adjusting room rates accordingly, the Rooms Controller helps drive profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that room resources are utilized effectively to meet both business objectives and guest expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations, front office, or room management roles.
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
