We are part of Bacchus Management Group, a boutique San Francisco-based hospitality and lifestyle business that owns and oversees a number of the most awarded restaurants in Northern California, including LaConnessa in San Francisco; The Village Pub in Woodside; Selby's in Atherton: The Village Bakery & Café in Woodside; and Pizza Antica locations in San Jose & Lafayette. In addition to our restaurants, we operate an artisanal wholesale coffee roasting company, RoastCo. Augustine's in San Jose is the newest restaurant of the Bacchus Family.

The Dining Room Manager delivers revenues and profits by ensuring superior restaurant service through training and management of all front of house and back of house staff and executing a high degree of labor control.

During operations, a dining room manager is expected to stay on the dining room floor and be an active part of service, from the minute the restaurant opens its doors to the last table.

A dining room manager’s number one responsibility is to manage and operate the dining room floor, ensuring the happiness of our guests and improving the quality of our service everyday.
