Possess theability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment, including thoseinvolving a three-meal period and high volume production, and fry,griddle, saute, carve and steam all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables andpoultry for Guest services according to Station Casinos standards andspecifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum one to two years' previous culinary experiencepreferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Membersand Management. Must be able to obtain required work cards.
