Responsibilities
What You'll Do
โ€ข Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and lowโ€‘slope roofs
โ€ข Diagnose leaks and perform handsโ€‘on repairs
โ€ข Explain issues and solutions to homeowners
โ€ข Document work using Zuper
โ€ข Guide and train 1-2 team members

Qualifications
โ€ข 4+ years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; lowโ€‘slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus!

โ€ข Professional communication with homeowners
โ€ข Ability to lead a small crew and work independently
โ€ข Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights
โ€ข Valid IN or MI driver's license
