About the Role

DC Pines Roofing is looking for a Home Remodeling Coordinations Manager to lead our Coordinations team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation.

This isn't a manager role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching a team, solving problems, and jumping in to help whenever needed. You'll work alongside your team coordinating appointments, communicating with homeowners, supporting our sales team, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Responsible ForTeam Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and support the Coordinations team each day.
  • Train new team members and reinforce company processes and expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
  • Assist leadership with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
Customer Coordination
  • Work alongside your team handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Coordinate appointments between homeowners, sales representatives, and internal departments.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and complete within our CRM.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Resolve scheduling challenges and customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Operations & Organization
  • Help improve workflows and day-to-day processes.
  • Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Schedule & Availability

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

As with most leadership roles, managers are expected to provide occasional support outside of normal business hours when needed. This may include being available to answer questions or assist team members until approximately 7:00 PM on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays if operational needs arise.
