We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and manage the commercial side of the front office for our construction operations. This role is leadership-focused and responsible for managing sales strategy, client relationships, and internal coordination across commercial and residential projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field (Construction Management, Business Administration or Marketing)
• 5+ years experience in construction sales (commercial and/or residential)
• 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage a structured sales team (not commission-only)
• Experience coordinating with operations, estimating, and project management
