Seeking a highly motivated and driven Help Desk Specialist to work Onsite supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide help desk and customer service support to users

  • Create NMCI NIPR and SIPR accounts and oversee the Move/Add/Change process
  • Provide support to NMCI, documenting and tracking seat orders, and delivery of statuses
  • Conduct and monitor IT inventory
Provide financial reporting to division management REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365, NMCI or equivalent, .NET and SRM systems
