Job description

Staffing Inc is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support a manufacturing facility specializing in aluminum and steel exterior building products. This role involves operating various machines in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

This position requires strong physical capability, as you will be handling metal materials and working on your feet throughout the shift. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, can maintain a steady workflow, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

ยท Operate roll forming machines and brake press machines safely and efficiently

ยท Feed metal into machines and assist with setup for each coil/run

ยท Use standard hand and power tools as needed

ยท Work independently or on team production lines

ยท Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

ยท Count and package finished products accurately

ยท Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

ยท Maintain efficiency to meet or exceed production goals

ยท Collaborate with production teams and maintenance staff to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

ยท Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

ยท Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts with scheduled breaks)
