XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for a Roll Forming Machine Operator!

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89054

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour


Schedule:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Must be flexible to rotate between shifts if needed.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator to oversee the operation of ERW tube roll forming equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on machine operation with line leadership responsibilities to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot ERW roll forming equipment.
  • Lead production line operations while supporting and coordinating line operators.
  • Perform equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor production quality using SPC techniques and ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Perform tooling changeovers using SMED principles to minimize downtime.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities using TPM practices.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
  • Monitor production output to meet daily quality and production goals.
  • Complete accurate production data entry and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company operating procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


Requirements & Expectations:

  • 3–6 years of experience operating roll forming equipment or as a maintenance technician.
  • Hands-on experience with ERW tube roll forming equipment required.
  • Strong knowledge of electric resistance welding (ERW) equipment and machine adjustments.
  • Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, and equipment analysis.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems, lean manufacturing, and SPC.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
