$1350 SIGN ON BONUSRFP Operator (Roll Form Punch) โ€“ Manufacturing Pay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $19/hour

  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Thursday 6:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 6:30am - 10:30am

  • Overtime: Occasional Fridays as business needs require

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Operate and support the RFP / roll forming machine

  • Set up equipment according to Manufacturing Orders (MOโ€™s) and specifications

  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality

  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

  • Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers as needed)

  • Handle material safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
