Job description

Overview

The Quality Analyst provides direct assistance to the ROI Account Manager and is responsible for reviewing, processing, and releasing medical records in a variety of mediums (i.e. mail, fax, email, etc.). The Quality Analyst reports to their Team Lead, Providing and logging detailed and accurate information on each file/chart processed in accordance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures.

  • Updating and maintaining an accurate Accounting of Disclosures for all activities and processes associated with medical records requests.
  • Providing world-class customer service to patients and clients while ensuring patient privacy.
  • Handling high call volumes while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Maintaining all established production/quality goals, while managing assigned accounts within MRO Clinics established turn-around time.
  • Reports to Team Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing records pulled by the ROI Account Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures as well as state/federal regulations. 
  • Creating invoices for medical record requests in accordance with state/federal regulations, when necessary.
