Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering and business process analysis for National Accounts (SBS). The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, user stories)
  • Conduct process modeling (swimlane diagrams) and workshops
  • Act as liaison between business and IT teams
  • Support solution design, development, and testing (UAT)
  • Manage requirements traceability (FDD/TDD) and documentation
  • Assist in business case development, ROI analysis, and roadmap planning
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams

Required Skills
  • 7+ years as IT/Digital Business Analyst
