Job description

Roaming Bears RV is currently seeking to hire a Sales Person to join our team! You will be responsible for developing sales leads and closings the sale to drive company revenue.

NOTE: This position can be great for someone who wants to help build a sales department from the ground up. The possibilities are endless, for the right person and results we would even consider equity in the sales Department long term...

80% of this job can be done remotely for a sales only driven person, but being able to come in at times is best. this position is 100% commission based. We have several products that can be sold:

1- Consigned RVS- you will need to attract RV owners who want to sell their rig as well as buyers. Commission is 15% of profit from the sale, and if its a Rig you brought into the sales fleet you get an additional 5% of profit.

2-RV Rentals- Your job would be to hunt down big rental deals in Texas like festivals, production companies, trail rides, rally's and so on. we have Houston's Largest RV rental fleet as well as a partnership with another large Rental fleet based in Austin Tx. Commission starts at 5% and can go up based on the deal and ancillaries.

3- RV commercial grade warrantees.- commission is 13% of profit.

4- RV Vacation Memberships- flat rate commission based on what package you sale.

5- RV Maintenance Memberships- flat rate commission based on what package you sale.

6- Selling licenses to be a Roaming Bears RV (something like franchises) $2k per signed location.

Responsibilities:

  • execute sales leads, quotas, and goals with the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
