Job description

SERVER – EVENTS ONLY
Training: $17.75/hr | Event Shifts: $50.00/hr | Part-Time

We’re seeking polished, service-driven hospitality professionals for an event-only Server/Bartender role supporting private events, banquets, and special functions at Huntress.

Team members in this position will be hired under the standard Server/Bartender classification and will complete training at $17.75/hr. Once training is complete, all scheduled shifts will be limited to private events and banquet functions, paid at the event rate of $50.00/hr.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Deliver elevated food and beverage service during private events and buyouts
  • Anticipate guest needs and create a seamless hospitality experience
  • Support banquet and event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Maintain strong communication with management and event teams
  • Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Provide polished service in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Education amp; Experience

  • Previous serving experience in upscale dining, nightlife, or private events preferred
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced event environments
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
