BOH SUPERVISOR
Hourly | Full-Time | Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

We’re seeking a hands-on, driven Back of House Supervisor to support daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for culinary professionals who lead by example, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about developing team members while maintaining high standards.

What It Takes to Succeed
  • Oversee daily food preparation, line execution, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards
  • Support and train cooks and dishwashers on procedures and station setup
  • Maintain organized, stocked, and clean BOH environments
  • Communicate effectively with Chef team and FOH partners during service
  • Monitor prep, pars, inventory, and minimize waste
  • Lead by example with urgency, professionalism, and accountability
Education amp; Experience
  • 2–3 years of BOH experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Previous leadership or training experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety (DOH standards) and kitchen operations
  • Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and execute under pressure
