Education:
LPN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
CMA/RMA: Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
Licensure/Certification: Must be current in BLS/CPR.
LPN: Must be licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana
CMA/RMA: Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience.
Mental/Physical Effort: Ability to understand instructions, reason, and make judgments. Ability to understand the meaning of words, ideas associated with them, and their effective use. Ability to perform arithmetic operations quickly and accurately. Ability to understand forms in space and understand relationships of plane and solid objects. Ability to perceive pertinent details and objects in pictorial or graphic material. Ability to perceive pertinent details and verbal or tabular material. Ability to coordinate eyes and hands to fingers rapidly and accurately in making precise movements with speed. Ability to move the fingers and hands easily and skillfully. Ability to move the hand and foot coordinately with each other in accordance with visual stimuli. Ability to perceive similarities and differences in colors. Responsible for lifting, pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
