Job description

About Jetson

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Systems Integration & Automation Analyst to own the connective tissue between Jetson's supply chain systems—ensuring data flows accurately, workflows run automatically, and our supply chain teams have the real-time visibility they need to make great decisions. This role sits at the intersection of integration engineering, workflow automation, and supply chain operations—connecting our ERP (NetSuite), WMS (RF Smart), PLM (Arena), and other Jetson systems into a seamless, intelligent whole.

You will design and maintain integrations between supply chain platforms, build automation workflows and AI-powered agents that reduce manual work, and develop dashboards that give purchasing, planning, warehouse, and leadership teams clear and actionable visibility. You'll collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, and IT/systems teams across Jetson to ensure supply chain systems stay connected as the company grows and its technology stack evolves.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building automations, and making systems work seamlessly together. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to shape how Jetson's supply chain technology ecosystem evolves.

who believes the time is now to make a difference. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor and make a direct impact on accelerating the electrification of homes.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Jetson's supply chain systems—NetSuite (ERP), RF Smart (WMS), and Arena PLM—and other Jetson platforms, ensuring accurate, reliable data flow across the supply chain technology stack
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization to ensure supply chain data—inventory positions, PO status, BOM updates, warehouse transactions—flows accurately and in real time across connected systems
  • Partner with supply chain system owners and Jetson's broader IT and systems teams to proactively identify integration gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to deepen connectivity as new systems are adopted
  • Design and implement automation workflows across NetSuite, RF Smart, Arena PLM, and connected systems to eliminate manual handoffs and streamline supply chain processes—including purchase order flows, inventory transactions, BOM updates, and replenishment triggers
  • Build, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents and automation frameworks that augment supply chain team productivity, reduce repetitive work, and surface insights proactively
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, real-time dashboards that give purchasing, planning, warehouse, and supply chain leadership clear visibility into key data including inventory levels, PO status, warehouse throughput, planning accuracy, and supply chain performance
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and system-driven insights, and act as a collaborative partner to other Jetson systems and IT teams to ensure supply chain platforms remain seamlessly connected as the company scales

What You Bring:

  • Experience in systems integration, workflow automation, or business systems roles—ideally with exposure to supply chain components including ERP, WMS, or PLM environments (NetSuite, RF Smart, Arena, or similar)
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automation and custom tooling
  • Understanding of data flows, system architecture, and how operational platforms connect
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues across interconnected systems
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently with limited structure
  • Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient

Job Type:

Pay: $75K - $90K

Benefits:

Dental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson

Health Insurance premium 85% paid by Jetson

Education Support

Parental Leave Top Up

PTO, Holiday and Company Paid Time OFF (Jetson Days)

Work Location: In person - Denver, Toronto, or Vancouver
