Job description

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Leadership and Org Development Coordinator supports the Leadership Institute through facilitation, reporting and communications management, identifying leadership development needs and deploying programs, tools and processes to enhance organizational capabilities. This role may also be involved with managing budget, contracts, and invoice processing.

What you will do in this role:

  • Work with L&OD Director to develop robust reporting and analytics solutions to measure and improve operational performance for development programming 
  • Look for contract and data inconsistencies and assist with cleanup as appropriate 
  • Identifies process and system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities. 
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once Service
  •  In partnership with the L&OD Director, assesses and delivers effective leadership development content to individuals and teams. Engages in critical thinking support to recommend identified areas of development need for individuals and teams to support learning alignment for the business. 
  • Assists in the design of ad-hoc leadership development training needs
  •  Partner with other L&OD Colleagues to ensure program content is aligned to Leadership Institute brand and that reporting and metric requests and needs are met in a timely manner, and that reporting is accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for the execution and program management of standardized Leadership Institute programming including but not limited to cohort or participant communication, leadership communication to stakeholders, facilitation, program tracking, reporting, and recognition of graduating participants.
  •  Provides expert facilitation of leadership development content using high impact facilitation skills to manager learner engagement and knowledge acquisition for in person and virtual settings. Advocates for digital strategy where appropriate. Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans as needed to support ad hoc training requests. 
  • Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments. Identify/incorporate lessons learned and best practices into program plans.
  •  Understand internal team needs to provide appropriate metrics and insights to meet business and training goals/needs
  •  Manage our incoming request processes around content and metricsformat this for a job board 

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • 3+ years of reporting/analytics experience
    • Advanced Excel skills
