We are seeking a U.S. based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join our ES organization. This role will have significant scope and impact, partnering closely with ES teams including ESBPs, COEs, People Services & Operations (PS&O), Reward Partners and more to coordinate, roll out and complete ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization. This role will provide dedicated support to ESBPs supporting our Chief Revenue Officer and the global sales organization. This role will focus on org health reviews, org changes, promotions, talent reviews, performance reviews, employee experience surveys, and more. The ideal candidate loves data, knows how to build narratives, and possesses extremely strong operational savvy. They excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, is strategic and proactive, and is looking to work with a strong ES Organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the ESBPs with quantitative and qualitative data in support of strategic ES programs and initiatives for the CRO.

  • Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Use HR analytic tools to make data-driven business decisions.

  • Support digital transformation efforts through use of AI, Agents, UAT and continuous improvement of our processes.

  • Partner with ESBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global partners to help deliver seamless human resources processes, programs and insights across the organization.

  • Serve as a project lead for ES programs, responsible for tracking project objectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion, sometimes organizing other members of the ESPC team to achieve objectives.

  • Manage program communications channels and infrastructure, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline communications through AI and digital tools

  • Coordinate across program workstream leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders, preparing leadership updates, risk summaries, recommendations, and decision materials

  • Prepare and facilitate program meetings, including agenda development, decision tracking, action-item management, and stakeholder follow-up

  • Manage and coordinate across governance structures, RACI frameworks, and reporting cadences, ensuring accountability and alignment across stakeholders

  • Executes on continued reshaping, growth, acquisition, reorganization, etc.

  • Creates tools, templates and resources for consistent service delivery at scale across a global team.

Requirements and Key Skills:

  • Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data. Must have strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides) or other spreadsheet and presentations software, Workday, and Tableau.

  • Ability to take trends and data, connecting the dots and translating them into key insights and presentable themes.

  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills with strong attention to detail and execution excellence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, updates, and recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactive.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive data.

  • Ability to ramp up quickly, recognize Salesforce's unique culture and proactively help identify issues/areas of development.

  • General knowledge of employment policies and practices.

  • Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.

  • Prior exposure to workforce planning, go-to-market operations, annual planning cycles, or large-scale business transformations is advantageous
