Job description

Assist with boarding and maintaining accurate counts of passengers at Centro Park and Ride locations, State Fair main gate, upper parking lots and State Fair Park and Ride lots.
DUTIES:
  1. Maintain accurate counts and running totals of passengers boarding and alighting buses.
  2. Assist Supervisors with passengers' boarding.
  3. Assist passengers with information requests.
  4. Keep bus lane clear by working with Supervisors and State Police.
  5. Monitor arrival and departure times of Park and Ride service and report any delays, overloads or service interruptions to Supervisor in charge so that appropriate action can be taken.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must be at least 16 years old and possess working papers if under 18.
  2. Must be able to portray a professional and polite manner when dealing with both the general public and fellow employees.
  3. Must be available to work the entirety of the NYS Fair from August 26, 2026 through September 7, 2026. (Shift dates will vary).
  4. Shifts varybetween the hours of 8:30 AM and 12:00 AM.
