Job description

Hi, Future Homie!

At Homebase, youโ€™ll join a team thatโ€™s bold, fast-moving, and obsessed with helping small businesses thrive. We build with empathy, act with urgency, and take big swings that drive real-world impact. Here, every Homie shows up to raise the bar, support one another, and celebrate wins as a team.

Weโ€™re not just building an appโ€”weโ€™re building unstoppable teams. So what do you say, are you in?

Your Impact Starts Here

As a Lead Revenue Operations Specialist, youโ€™ll take the reins on major RevOps initiatives. Youโ€™ll not only build solutions and partner cross-functionallyโ€”youโ€™ll own a significant portion of our tech stack or funnel, scope and lead multi-team projects, and coach teammates on AI-enabled ways of working. Youโ€™re both a builder and a strategist, enabling Homebase to scale with speed and precision.

These are the key ways youโ€™ll contribute and create impact in this role:
  • Contribute to the shared ownership of Salesforceโ€”driving adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations as part of a collaborative ownership model.
  • Support the implementation and administration of our GTM tech stackโ€”serve as an administrator for the tools and processes while helping to build scalable connections between systems and processes.
  • Lead the design and development of technical processes and frameworks that support forecasting, capacity planning, and GTM performance management.
  • Scope, design, and lead cross-functional RevOps projects with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Assist in driving the roadmap for data visibility and reportingโ€”partnering closely with business leaders.
  • Build organizational clarity around RevOps initiativesโ€”ensuring strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against milestones.
  • Collaborate with other RevOps team members and coach GTM stakeholders on leveraging AI to retool workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on funnel strategy, recommending changes that increase conversion and velocity.
The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations role.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise; able to design scalable processes and automation. (Salesforce Developer Certification preferred)
  • Strong Databricks & Omni knowledge (preferred) or equivalent BI/analytics platform experience.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools and how they connect with the broader tech stack (e.g., Talkdesk, Calendly, Mogli).
  • Proven ability to scope and lead projects end-toโ€‘end with cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a significant portion of a revenue funnel or tech stack.
  • Strong project management and organizational skillsโ€”able to manage multiple priorities with clarity.
  • AI fluencyโ€”comfortable managing GTM AI tooling (e.g., Gong, Sierra) and utilizing AI to streamline RevOps workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor); coaches others on AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership across teams.
The Homie Way - These principles guide everything we doโ€”from how we work and make decisions to how we show up for each other.
  • Be Customer Obsessed โ€“ Solve problems with empathy and creativity.
  • Move Fast, Learn Fast โ€“ Experiment, take action, and grow every day.
  • Own Your Impact โ€“ Think big, focus on what matters, and make decisions you stand behind.
  • Master Your Craft โ€“ Excellence fuels impactโ€”show up, step up, and make your mark.
  • Win Together โ€“ Put goals over roles, lead with trust, and connect to our mission and each other.
