POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Coordinator, Asset Management, Standards and Field Support helps support daily store operations across the Timewise convenience store network. This role coordinates permit tracking, compliance support, vendor follow-up, cash and inventory documentation, store support requests, reporting, and customer issue follow-up.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while working with corporate departments, field leadership, vendors, and regulatory contacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track, maintain, and support renewals for operational permits and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with stores, field leaders, vendors, and regulatory contacts to help keep locations compliant and operationally ready.
  • Support store administration needs, including access tools, documentation, alarm and surveillance access, vendor records, and store support requests.
  • Assist with cash handling support, deposit follow-up, vault service coordination, and financial documentation.
  • Help identify and resolve store-level issues related to cash, inventory, invoices, supplies, permits, and vendor services.
  • Coordinate follow-up on escalated customer complaints or operational concerns.
  • Prepare reports related to permits, inspections, compliance items, store support activity, cash services, and operational trends.
  • Support new store openings, acquisitions, construction projects, operational readiness, training, documentation, procedures, and special projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in operations coordination, compliance support, administration, retail operations, asset management, accounting support, or a related field.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, reporting, recordkeeping, and financial support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Ability to manage databases, tracking tools, shared files, and web-based platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Compliance, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in convenience store, fuel retail, grocery, restaurant, or multi-unit retail operations.
  • Experience with permits, inspections, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, cash management, inventory controls, or store-level financial processes.
  • Familiarity with Texas and New Mexico retail, fuel, food service, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, or operational compliance requirements.
