The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing birthday party sales to meet revenue and attendance goals. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, closing sales, and providing excellent support to guests via phone and email. The coordinator ensures exceptional guest experience by answering questions, offering assistance, and recommending options tailored to guest needs. They stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to execute sales accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong selling and service skills, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Essential Functions
To succeed in this role, individuals must perform all essential functions effectively, with reasonable accommodation provided as needed.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Sets up birthday parties and assists with the general maintenance/upkeep of party areas.
  • Hosts birthday parties and leads activities for children.
  • Assist party participants with check in and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit.
  • Attends all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.
  • Responds quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situation; completes necessary paperwork and notifies the appropriate professional staff member.
  • Enforces all rules and regulations promptly and professionally; notifies the appropriate professional on duty staff member of inappropriate behavior of facility users.
  • Must maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work with attention to detail.
  • Greet guests when entering or leaving establishment.
  • Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new products when applicable.
