The Cash Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing the physical cash lifecycle across CoinFlip’s BTM network. This position is responsible for monitoring cash levels, coordinating replenishments, reconciling transactions, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across all cash-related processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage cash levels across CoinFlip’s ATM/BTM network to ensure optimal uptime and liquidity
  • Coordinate cash loading and collection activities with armored carriers and service partners
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Track and analyze cash usage trends to improve forecasting and reduce operational costs
  • Maintain accurate records of cash movements, settlements, and variances
  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Support incident resolution related to cash shortages, overages, or machine errors
  • Assist in optimizing cash logistics, routes, and vendor performance
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within cash operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in cash operations, treasury operations, banking, or ATM/financial services environments
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in reconciliation work
  • Experience working with cash logistics, armored carriers, or ATM networks is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Annual Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 PLN based on market and experience of candidate
