Position Overview

The Manager, Pricing and Revenue Analytics is responsible for supporting pricing strategy, deal modeling, and financial analysis for the Price Optimization business. This role integrates sales pipeline inputs, client requirements, and pricing frameworks into actionable deal structures and insights that support revenue growth and margin performance.
This role partners closely with Sales, Finance (FP&A), Product, and Operations to drive data-informed pricing decisions, deal governance, and financial visibility. The role supports key sales operations processes, tools, and analytics that impact revenue realization, pricing consistency, and profitability outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Revenue Forecasting & Planning

  • Support revenue forecasting processes by providing deal-level insights and pricing assumptions

  • Translate deal activity into forecast inputs and revenue timing

  • Align pipeline expectations with pricing and revenue assumptions

Budgeting, Expense Management & Financial Discipline

  • Support financial planning through deal and pricing analysis

  • Identify variances between expected and actual outcomes

  • Maintain alignment between pricing, revenue, and margin expectations

Costing, Pricing & Margin Management

  • Build pricing models and ACV calculations

  • Support price structure evaluation and adherence to guidelines

  • Identify pricing leakage and margin risks

  • Support pricing, deal modeling, and forecasting inputs to improve pricing consistency, deal quality, and margin visibility

Sales Operations Tools & Enablement

  • Maintain pricing tools, templates, and models

  • Support reporting and dashboards for pricing performance

  • Contribute to scalable pricing and quoting capabilities by leveraging AI

What You'll Bring to Zelis:

  • 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Experience in US healthcare or related industry preferred

  • Solid financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with pricing strategy and deal economics

  • Comfortable adopting AI-enabled tools to improve analytical efficiency, reporting, and pricing decision support across the organization.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

Zelis is headquartered in the U.S., with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad, India. Check out our locations to learn more about our offices. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.


While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

Base Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $133,000.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
