Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics will lead revenue reporting, forecasting, reimbursement analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across a growing behavioral healthcare organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Executive Leadership to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and financial reporting packages.
  • Analyze reimbursement trends, payer mix, collections, denials, and net revenue performance.
  • Identify revenue leakage, operational risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations leaders to optimize revenue performance.
  • Lead monthly revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue planning activities.
  • Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, provider productivity, and service line performance.
  • Monitor key revenue cycle metrics including Accounts Receivable, Net Collection Rate, denial rates, and cash collections.
  • Assess the financial impact of payer contract changes, reimbursement updates, and regulatory developments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts while promoting analytical best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, revenue analytics, FP&A, revenue cycle, reimbursement, or related analytical functions.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing analysts and/or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare services, physician practice management, or other multi-site healthcare environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, revenue cycle operations, and financial performance reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools preferred.

Base Salary Range: $140,000-165,000
