Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Analytics Manager to join our Business Data & Intelligence team at a critical inflection point. As Cresta scales, this role exists to build and own the analytical infrastructure that powers our GTM engine - translating data from across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into trusted, decision-ready insights. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Data & Intelligence, you'll be a senior individual contributor and emerging team leader - owning a broad portfolio of recurring reporting, building scalable dashboards, and driving automation that multiplies the team's impact. This is the right role for someone who has thrived in a startup environment, is technically strong, business-fluent, and energized by the challenge of bringing order and insight to a fast-moving, high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & CS Reporting

  • Own recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage data
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Salesforce
  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and accessible to the right stakeholders
  • Identify trends and surface insights proactively - don't wait to be asked

Dashboard Architecture & Build

  • Design and build standard and mid-complexity dashboards for GTM stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director on architecture for high-visibility exec-facing dashboards
  • Establish dashboard standards: naming conventions, refresh cadences, data source documentation
  • Maintain a self-service reporting culture - build dashboards people can trust and use without hand-holding

Automation & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes across the BD&I team and GTM stakeholders
  • Build automated workflows in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and adjacent tools
  • Document automation logic and maintain operational runbooks for key recurring processes

Stakeholder Support

  • Own complex and ambiguous ad hoc requests
  • Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly - in writing, in dashboards, and in live settings

Data Quality & Governance

  • Serve as the escalation point for data quality and SFDC issues - investigate root causes and drive resolution
  • Establish and enforce data standards across reporting domains you own
  • Ensure GTM KPI definitions are consistent and documented
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations - with meaningful experience at a startup or high-growth SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Proven ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or CS)
  • Strong proficiency in Looker Studio or comparable BI tool (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce - reporting, data model, and CRM operations
  • Working SQL with BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication - comfortable presenting findings to leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience building Claude or LLM-powered internal tools or workflows
  • Familiarity with Upside, Snowflake, or similar modern data stack tools
  • Prior experience in a formal manager or team lead role
  • Background in GTM compensation, quota, or territory analytics
  • Exposure to board-level or C-suite reporting cycles
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows or process automation
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation & equity, aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Remote-first culture with opportunities for in-person collaboration
  • Professional development budget for courses, conferences, and ongoing learning
  • Generous PTO and holidays
  • Inclusive culture committed to diverse backgrounds and perspectives
