Job description


The Manager Revenue Analytics will manage and oversee the delivery of effective and efficient Management Information to guarantee the achievement of key driver targets. Develop and manage key sales systems. Identify and analyze trends in system performance and implement necessary action plans to maximize efficiency for the sales team. Position is responsible for data integrity related to all US Sales Team initiatives and the implementation of standard operation procedures related to data collection, analysis and return on investment metrics for Sales Team activities. This position will monitor, analyze, train and implement key systems for Sales ensuring uninterrupted and accurate operations.
Day to Day:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Global Sales Strategy to deliver strategic consulting and actionable insights that drive overall business objectives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to enhance seller performance and optimize go-to-market strategies for the sales team.
  • Oversee the development, automation, and delivery of monthly reporting processes tailored to the supported segments.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team analysts and partners in Manila, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project execution.
  • Serve as the Tableau expert, providing cross-segment support, developing advanced dashboards, and ensuring consistent data visualization standards.

What We Need:
  • Minimum 5 years plus of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, or systems operations, with at least 2-3 years managing operational processes in a sales or strategy-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze business trends and performance to drive actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of hotel and sales operations, particularly in relation to advanced analytics and reporting processes.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, business intelligence tools, and platforms, including Tableau, Python, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, organize, and execute complex systems and processes, efficiently handling multiple projects requiring both technical and functional expertise.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a track record of successfully supporting and executing go-to-market strategies and reporting solutions.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is min $94,240.00 to $102,000.00 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees
