Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Euna Solutions

Atlanta, GA • Hybrid

Full-time

Posted 17 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations team at Euna Solutions is hiring aSenior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the reporting, forecasting, and compensation numbers that go-to-market leaders use to run the business: bookings and attainment, win rates, pipeline health, retention, and the commission payouts calculated against them. You will be one of two analysts on this function, with clear coverage ownership and a direct line to leadership output reviewed by the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. If you want to build deep expertise in a revenue analytics and compensation function with real visibility into how the business performs, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own standing sales and Customer Success reporting: bookings versus plan, win rates, deal cycle trends, pipeline coverage, GRR, NRR, and churn, cut by segment, team, vertical, and solution
  • Answer the follow-up question behind every number: what changed, for whom, and what the gap is worth
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commission, bonus, and SPIFF payouts against attainment on a fixed close calendar, reconciling compensation and bookings records before handing off to Finance
  • Run the weekly and monthly forecast cycle: collect submissions, reconcile against Salesforce, manage snapshots, and flag variances by rep, director, and segment
  • Support capacity, quota, and territory planning with attainment distributions, payout cost scenarios, and territory balance analysis
  • Document metric definitions, calculation logic, and source fields so a number reads the same wherever it appears, and work with GTM Systems to resolve data quality issues

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales finance, FP&A, or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong Salesforce reporting capability: building reports and dashboards, with a working understanding of how GTM data is typically structured
  • Excel or Google Sheets modeling built from scratch, including scenario and cohort analysis
  • You can explain your methodology, your source, and your assumptions clearly when a number gets questioned

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Exposure to sales compensation, quota, or territory work in a B2B SaaS environment with a subscription and renewal motion
  • Public sector or GovTech experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or hands-on use of AI tooling for analytical work
