Job description

Position Overview

The Revenue Insight Center (RIC) is responsible for revenue planning, forecasting, earnings support, executive reporting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support. RIC partners closely with Business Unit CFOs, FP&A, Investor Relations, Global Accounting Operations, and senior Finance leadership to provide timely, accurate, and actionable revenue insights.

This Officer-level role is designed for a high-potential candidate with 2-4 years of experience who can contribute to core RIC revenue analytics while also helping accelerate the team's AI-enabled transformation agenda. The successful candidate will support critical RIC deliverables today while helping to build the processes, tools, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve productivity, insight generation, and decision support for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Insight Center Support

  • Support revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis of results and projections across assigned Business Units.

  • Lead preparation of variance analysis and executive-level commentary against Budget, Outlook, and prior periods for financial reviews with FP&A, CFO organizations, and senior management.

  • Prepare monthly Revenue Waterfall analyses and related reports, including Prior Period Adjustments (PPAs).

  • Review New Business, Lost Business, and Fee Change events with Business Unit CFOs and Global Accounting Operations (GAO) to support proper revenue accruals and accurate financial results.

  • Assist in the preparation of the Annual Revenue Budget and Monthly Outlook for North America Business Units.

  • Provide research, analysis, and support for quarterly audit requests, management reviews, and various ad hoc requests from senior Finance leadership, Investor Relations, FP&A, and business partners.

  • Develop dashboards, analytical views, and reporting outputs that improve transparency into revenue trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers.

AI Transformation
  • Work closely with the team members to identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence across forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, commentary generation, controls, and management reporting processes.

  • Promote adoption of AI tools and best practices across RIC through training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, revenue analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, data analytics, consulting, or strategy and operations.

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, outlook processes, and variance analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify business drivers, and translate results into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise commentary and executive-ready materials.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Data, Technology, and business teams.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual
