Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structured, high-impact peer advisory meetings for CEOs and senior executives, ensuring every session delivers meaningful value. Maintain control of agenda, pacing, and outcomes within a defined timeframe.
  • Set the tone and energy for the group. Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to elevate engagement and discussion quality.
  • Facilitate balanced, peer-to-peer dialogue using thoughtful, strategic questions. Know when to step in with guidance and when to allow members to drive the conversation.
  • Guide members in framing clear, strategic issues for discussion. Ensure conversations focus on root causes rather than surface symptoms.
  • Protect the integrity of the Ex-Officio Board process, which serves as the core value of the peer network. Manage time precisely and ensure equal participation.
  • Enforce attendance policies and meeting standards consistently and professionally. Address sensitive issues offline when necessary.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each meeting, including room setup, materials, technology, and member coordination. Arrive early and ensure all logistics support a seamless experience.
  • Lead the meeting flow across introductions, balance reviews, roundtables, working sessions, takeaways, and evaluations.
  • Foster a confidential, trust-based environment where executives feel comfortable sharing real challenges. Promote transparency and accountability.
  • Close meetings on a strong, positive note, reinforcing key takeaways and future commitments. Encourage continued engagement beyond the formal session.
  • Participate in post-meeting follow-up, including reporting outcomes and communicating any member concerns to leadership. Submit required summaries within established timelines.
  • Support networking during receptions and dinners to strengthen relationships and enhance member experience.
  • Bring demonstrated experience facilitating executive-level groups, advisory boards, or leadership teams. Prior CEO, business owner or senior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
