Description
2nd Shift
Objective

The position objective of a warehouse person is to be the face of MacAllister CAT to those customers needing parts for their equipment. The successful candidate would process parts orders in a timely manner to provide quality and speedy service.
Responsibilities
With direction and supervision, you will:
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Manage stocks/inventory
  • Receive and inspect remanufactured parts
  • Accept and process any parts returns
  • Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment
  • Advise customers on products, any updates, and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary
  • Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)
  • Maintain a clean working area as per MacAllister CAT policies

Qualifications
To be considered for this position you should have:
  • Minimum completion of High School Diploma
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization
  • Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to navigate stock management software

Nice to have:
  • Previous experience utilizing supply chain management software to manage inventory and track orders
  • Formal training/certification in operation of forklift
