What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Kitting Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Kitting Manager, you need a solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations, often supported by experience in logistics or a related field. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and barcode scanning technology is typically required.
