Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Customer Support to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this onsite role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and internal sales agents, managing product returns, repairs, and credits. You will gain extensive knowledge of popular consumer electronics—including earbuds, mobile phones, and gaming accessories—to deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in quality control, product testing, and daily inventory management.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour to start. (Starting pay is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's prior work experience, education, job-specific certifications, and technical skills).
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% ONSITE). Possible overtime may be required.

Responsibilities Include
  • Customer & Sales Coordination: Partner with customers and internal sales agents to process customer support requests, merchandise replacements, credits, and equipment repairs.

  • Inventory & RMA Management: Monitor RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) inventory control on a continuous basis and conduct daily inventory counts.
