With these Plans, Entrust clients can develop a more resilient and diversified portfolio by investing in assets such as real estate properties, precious metals, and private equity.

Job Summary:

The Retirement Solutions Specialist leads the strategy, development, operations, and growth of The Entrust Group's Retirement Plan product offering. This is a unique cross-functional role that sits within the Sales Organization but drives outcomes across Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

You will define the retirement products vision, ensure operational excellence in onboarding and plan set up, enable the sales team with deep expertise, and build scalable strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in change management, enjoys building, and wants to own a full business line.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Ownership:

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and value proposition for Plan retirement products. Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept to launch to ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure all plan features, disclosures, documents, processes and communications comply with ERISA and IRS regulations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Translate plan sponsors and plan participants' needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Lead expansion efforts into advanced qualified plan structures, including full-service Qualified and non-qualified plan retirement plans.

Operations and Client Onboarding

  • Own the operational workflow for onboarding new retirement products, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
  • Streamline plan establishment, document generation, account funding and reporting processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to answer client inquires on plan features and product support.
  • Ensure ongoing operational readiness as product features evolve.

Technology and Digital Experience

  • Collaborate with Technology team to enhance digital tools, internally and externally, for plan sponsors, plan participants and advisors.
  • Leverage AI-enabled solutions to automate manual processes and improve accuracy.

Sales Enablement and Revenue Growth

  • Serve as the primary product expert for the Sales team and prospects.
  • Train all Entrust Employees on the Plan offering along with future offerings.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, and education programs.
  • Support prospecting efforts through product demos and strategic deal support.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to shape pipeline development.
  • Identify, negotiate, and support onboarding of high-value B2B and referral partnerships.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent The Entrust Groups retirement plan offerings and support sales and marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology retirement plans priorities and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve product performance and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate product updates, risks, and opportunities, to senior leadership.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives. Responsibilities may evolve over time in alignment with organizational needs.

Education, knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Sales or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement, 401(k), or financial services.
  • Experience working with advisors, investment professionals, and sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Retirement Plans.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS rules, and retirement plan compliance.
  • Go To Market, territory management, or advisor facing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in product ownership, operations, or business line management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital product development and financial services technology.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including client facing delivery and training teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Continuous keyboarding.

Ability to travel by car, train, or air for meetings and events.

Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods during trade shows and client visits.
