Summary:

Responsible for the retention of ZipRecruiter customers by uncovering the root cause of concerns through deep discovery and working alongside the customer as a trusted partner and advisor to resolve them. This role strives to identify the core reason for customer account cancellations and proposes appropriate solutions to not only retain their business, but also create "happy churn" customers who are more likely to return in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds established performance goals, including productivity and quality of activities.
  • Acts as a daily key contributor to the team Retention goal.
  • Minimizes revenue lost from canceled accounts.
  • Handles and processes all customer cancellation requests via phone and email.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity for optimizing results and improving customer satisfaction through effective discovery calls.
  • Develops strategies to resolve issues and retain customers.
  • Promotes ZipRecruiter site features and benefits (ZipHire, TrafficBoost, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or Client Support.
  • Prior B2B experience preferredWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT)
  • Ability to turn an upset customer into a loyal, satisfied customer by demonstrating a genuine tone and eagerness to help.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance, along with consistent adherence to scheduled work hours, is an essential requirement of this position

The US base pay for this full-time position is $15.39/hr. plus commission
