You'll thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where detail, creativity, and collaboration are essential. This role supports our Global Store Design team in creating compelling, on-brand retail environments across multiple regions and market types, translating design standards and creative concepts into store-specific layouts and design solutions while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to local codes and requirements.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that bring design solutions to life, all while upholding global design guidelines and brand strategy.
  • Leverage your working knowledge of business context and current design trends, continuously exploring new materials and design techniques to innovate.
  • Direct and manage third-party consultants, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of design packages.
  • Rigorously review drawing sets and shop drawings for adherence to design standards and accuracy, maintaining impeccable quality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners (including construction, purchasing, visual merchandising, and store operations) to guarantee cohesive project execution and the creation of functional, on-brand designs.
  • Demonstrate agility in responding to evolving business conditions, new design prototypes, and material developments.
  • Masterfully manage multiple projects at varying phases of the lifecycle simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Champion design integrity across functions, effectively balancing creative vision with business objectives.
  • Prepare impactful presentation materials and confidently present design concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to resolve issues that could impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of dedicated design experience working on impactful retail projects.
  • Technical mastery in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, artistic sketching, realistic rendering, and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to create, meticulously read, and critically review complex drawings and details.
  • Outstanding communication and compelling presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and complex timelines simultaneously.
  • A truly collaborative mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and skillfully incorporating feedback to refine designs.
  • A flexible and agile approach, adapting quickly to changing business needs and design challenges.

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart
  • Valuable rollout retail experience or experience designing for established brands within corporate settings.
