This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leasing experience or a background in sales, hospitality, retail, call center, or customer service who enjoys connecting with people and following through from the first conversation to move-in day. We'll provide the training, support, and career growth opportunities to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Professional, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an outstanding experience for every prospect and resident. You'll:
  • Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours that highlight the community.
  • Build relationships through consistent follow-up, responsive communication, and confident closing techniques.
  • Convert prospect interest into completed applications through excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Accurately maintain guest cards, prospect information, applications, and lease documentation.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
  • Support resident renewals, communications, and overall resident satisfaction.
  • Utilize property management software and computer systems to manage daily leasing activities.
  • Partner with the onsite team to achieve occupancy goals while providing a positive resident experience.
  • Stay organized while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
  • 20% Apartment Rent Discount
  • $100 Leasing Commission for every new lease
  • Property Staff Shared Renewal Bonus - $100 per renewal shared among the onsite team
  • $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
  • Employee Referral Program - Earn up to $750 per referral

What We're Looking For
  • Previous leasing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, call center, or customer service with transferable skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up habits and the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective residents.
  • Comfortable using computers, property management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail with applications, guest cards, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Valid driver's license.
