  • Partner with Retail store management during new store openings, ensuring a consistent experience.
  • Manage the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Community Programs, working alongside all Senior Retail Community Marketing Specialists nationwide.
  • Lead the strategy, communication, and operational rhythm of Associate Incentive Programs.
  • Develop and execute Promotional Programs aligned with marketing campaigns, retail priorities, and seasonal plans.
  • Oversee program budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ongoing direct cross-functional alignment across all internal teams including Retail, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and field teams to ensure program success.
  • Define program KPIs, track performance to ensure we are meeting our goals, and use data to identify trends and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion Brooks values in every program touchpoint to strengthen brand loyalty and partner relationships.
  • Innovate new processes and tools that improve program visibility, consistency, and retailer engagement.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Operations, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
  • 5+ years of experience in retail program management, retail operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical and planning skills; able to track programs, budgets, and KPIs effectively
  • Experience working within retail field organizations or supporting multi-store networks
  • Experience with promotional planning, incentive programs, or retails marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and timelines with strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience developing or improving processes, with a high degree of initiative and comfort diving into the details
