Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Las Vegas location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for firearms, a strong understanding of retail management, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to sales associates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals.
  • Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness to uphold our brand image and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the firearms or outdoor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
