Position Summary
The Retail Event Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box
retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and
goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage customers to generate and qualify leads
• Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness
• Capture accurate customer information and set appointments
• Represent the brand at retail stores and events
• Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays
• Maintain a professional, branded presence
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging
• Provide excellent customer experiences
• Accurately document leads and track daily performance
• Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards
• Effectively Communicate with the Field Marketing Manager
• Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location
coverage requirements
