Job description

• Location: New York, NY (Hybrid / Garment District Preferred)

• Position Level: Senior Executive (SR Level)

• Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + High-Upside Performance Carry (% Gross Carry on or  net-new wholesale revenue generated).

Position Overview

A rapidly growing global apparel manufacturing and import enterprise moving 2M–3M units annually is seeking an aggressive, well-connected VP of Wholesale Apparel Sales. Operating via established manufacturing hubs in Vietnam, China, and Bangladesh, we provide top-tier private label and licensed apparel solutions across Men’s and Kids’ categories (Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, and Workwear).

The ideal candidate possesses deep, current relationships with tier-1 retail big box buyers, mass-market distributors, off-price channels, and major digital lifestyle brands. This role is built for a hunter who wants to monetize their rolodex and scale top-line volume under a highly lucrative, performance-vested structure.

Core Responsibilities

• New Account Acquisition: Actively pitch, secure, and onboard 3 to 5 new high-volume private label or licensed apparel programs utilizing our global factory matrix & Existing leverage.

• Buyer Relationship Management: Manage complete line presentations and structural negotiations with major buyers, ensuring seamless transition from presentation to purchase order.

• Revenue Growth Tracking: Align directly with the Executive Management desk to project seasonal volumes and protect profit margins against retail chargebacks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of senior-level wholesale apparel sales experience in the New York market.

• Proven, documented track record of managing a multi-million dollar book of business with major retail platforms (e.g., mass market, off-price, or premium lifestyle brands).

• Deep understanding of licensee & buyer position in the market ,product knowledge,commission driven, diligent network sales , fabric trends, and supply chain commitmen
