You’ll play a crucial role in helping families and businesses recover after fire and smoke damage, restoring not just property—but lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration, including demolition, structural cleaning, contents cleaning, equipment setup, pack-outs, and debris removal
  • Safely pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged personal belongings and commercial contents
  • Operate a variety of restoration tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and care
  • Accurately document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software (e.g., Contents Track, iCAT, Restore 365)
  • Work directly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and project leads to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery
  • Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and professional worksite, and keep company vehicles and equipment ready and organized
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed

What You Bring:

  • Some hands-on experience in fire or smoke damage restoration (residential or commercial)
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Solid customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined or challenging spaces, and wear PPE (including respirators) when required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
