LearningRx centers are part of a brain training system specializing in targeting and training cognitive skills for people of all ages through research-based programs that train the brain. Our one-on-one trainers put students through a rigorous (but fun) set of training exercises to target an individual's core thinking and learning skills.
Job SummaryThe Assistant Director is a vital link in the process of serving the students, families, and staff we work with. They work to make the client's experience with us smooth and efficient. The Assistant Director is also responsible for the quality of training and the development of trainers. While client and family interaction is a key portion of their responsibility, they also serve as a liaison between staff members helping to create an atmosphere of personal development, cooperation, teamwork, and positivity.
Assistant Director Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Provide support to the center director
  • Schedule and manage the training schedule for trainers/clients
  • Development and Training of Cognitive Skill Trainers (Staff)
  • Support and coordination of marketing events
  • Passionate about the ability to change lives
  • Participate as a Cognitive Skills Trainer by training 2 to 3 students per week
  • Assist in coordinating key client events (Orientations, Program Reviews, Final Assessments, Graduations)
  • Conduct Client program review meetings (weekly)
