About Us:
Restoration Experts is a family-owned fire and water damage restoration company based in Ronkonkoma, NY. We proudly serve clients across Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. Weโ€™re looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality service to our customers.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
  • Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup
  • Take moisture readings and document progress
  • Use mobile apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain accurate logs
  • Follow IICRC standards and safety procedures
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in fire/water/mold restoration
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Comfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or similar
  • Tech-savvy and confident using mobile devices and apps
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or challenging spaces
  • Clean and valid driverโ€™s license
  • Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
  • Must be able to travel to job sites throughout our full service area
