The Opportunity

The Growth Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with restaurant brands ranging from emerging multi-unit operators to established regional and national concepts.

This is a highly visible role that combines prospecting, relationship-building, solution selling, and strategic business development.

The ideal candidate understands how to build trust, navigate sales conversations, and connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes. Restaurant industry experience is valuable, but a strong sales foundation, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn are equally important.

This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida. We strongly prefer candidates who are local to South Florida and excited to collaborate in person with leadership, sales, product, and implementation teams.

What You'll DoBuild Pipeline
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and industry relationships

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target restaurant organizations

  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals

  • Develop creative approaches to generating new opportunities and expanding market presence

Drive the Sales Process
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, priorities, and business goals

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs

  • Position GRUBBRR solutions around measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, labor optimization, guest experience improvements, and operational efficiency

  • Develop proposals and business cases that clearly communicate value

  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records

Build Long-Term Relationships
  • Build trust through responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through

  • Develop lasting relationships with customers, prospects, franchise groups, and industry contacts

  • Create customer advocates who generate referrals, references, and future opportunities

QualificationsRequired
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience

  • Proven success prospecting and acquiring new customers

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Ability to work from or regularly collaborate at our Boca Raton headquarters

Preferred
  • Experience selling restaurant technology, POS systems, payment processing, kiosks, online ordering, loyalty, guest engagement, or hospitality technology solutions

  • Understanding of restaurant operations and multi-unit restaurant organizations

  • Experience selling into restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or retail environments

  • Existing relationships within the restaurant or hospitality industry

  • Formal sales training in Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar methodologies
